Job summary

C & B Operations is seeking an Aftermarket Manager for our John Deere Dealership in Sioux Falls, SD. This on-site, full-time role oversees the Service and Parts Departments, driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and disciplined expense control while attracting and developing top talent.

Responsibilities include leading department processes, managing warranties, coordinating marketing plans and events, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a service or parts department with performance metrics.
• Experience with Service ADVISOR, Parts ADVISOR, and dealership software preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn, turf, or compact construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts and service operations to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.
• Grow sales and control expenses while leading department staff.
• Schedule workloads and supervise technicians and advisors; ensure accurate billing and training.
