C & B Operations, a John Deere Dealership in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks an Aftermarket Manager to lead the service and parts departments, drive customer satisfaction, grow sales, and control expenses. You will attract and develop talent while engaging staff to achieve excellence in every area of the business.

The role requires managing department KPIs, coordinating service and parts marketing plans, and overseeing warranties and product programs to maximize recovery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a service or parts department; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferred.
• Experience using Service ADVISOR, Parts ADVISOR, and Equip or other computer based dealership programs preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn, turf, and/or compact construction equipment or operations practices preferred.
• Valid Drivers License and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce Service and Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Own Aftermarket performance, budgets, and goals aligned with company objectives.
• Execute service and parts marketing plans and coordinate customer events, clinics, and field days.
• Oversee warranty and product program claims to ensure timely submission and maximum recovery.
• Schedule, assign, and manage workloads based on technician skill sets and capacity.
• Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper billing.
• Train, develop, and evaluate service and parts personnel; ensure training compliance and certifications.
• Manage fleet, tools, equipment, inventory, and location organization.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with DOT and regulatory standards.
• Stay current on lawn, turf, and compact construction equipment.
