The role reports to a leadership group and requires strong experience in regulated manufacturing, ERP systems, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and lean manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Own the SIOP process to drive stable long-term plan.
• Address cost and schedule risks with countermeasures.
• Lead a team of production planners and ensure standard work.
• Utilize dashboards to drive timely actions and problem solving.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.
