Job summary

Pac Seating Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner/Scheduler to plan, prepare, and control production schedules. You will coordinate materials, equipment, and supply flows to meet delivery commitments and optimize overall efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple departments. On-site manufacturing environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/MRP software.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain build plans and schedules to meet customer demand and company commitments.
• Coordinate procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Review customer contracts for information relevant to scheduling constraints.
• Establish and distribute a work plan for each phase of a project.
• Monitor project progress and report status to management and stakeholders.
• Advise on material availability and potential production problems to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain master scheduling milestones and lead times.
• Provide Make/Buy analysis for manufactured parts.
