Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with SIOP (Sales‑Integrated Operations Planning) or S&OP processes.
• Experience with planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic planning, executive governance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making forums to align demand, supply, and financial outcomes.
• Prepare and present concise executive SIOP briefings with financial insights and scenario analysis.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and champion adoption of planning tools such as SAP and Kinaxis.
