Job summary

Columbus McKinnon seeks a seasoned SIOP/IBP leader to design and deploy an integrated planning operating system that connects demand, supply, capacity, inventory, procurement, and finance across units and sites. You will establish standard work, governance, and cadence, lead monthly executive SIOP cycles, and build KPI dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to inform decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain planning, cross-functional leadership, and experience with SAP S/4HANA,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or Data/Analytics.
MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and improve the SIOP operating system across the enterprise.
Connect demand, supply, capacity, inventory, procurement and finance across units and sites.
Lead monthly executive S&OP cycles and maintain a decision log linked to S&OE execution.
Harmonize planning data across ERP and planning systems and define data ownership, refresh cadence and master-data standards.
Create KPI hierarchies and executive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and translate planning data into financial and service impacts.
