Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a SIOP Analyst to drive demand forecasting and supply planning for commercial HVAC products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will translate commercial signals into executable supply plans, support the SIOP cycle, and analyze inventory health while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize service levels and capacity utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or production planning, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling).
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly and weekly demand forecasts for commercial HVAC products.
• Incorporate sales pipeline data, project backlogs, historical trends, seasonality, and market intelligence into demand planning assumptions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to review forecast changes for large projects.
• Translate approved demand plans into supply, production, and capacity plans across plants and suppliers.
• Collaborate to identify capacity constraints and material risks, and model scenarios.
• Monitor finished goods, WIP, and critical components inventory to balance service levels.
• Prepare materials for monthly SIOP meetings and track plan adherence.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
