Job summary

Sartorius AG in the United States is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for Single Use Technology to drive account targets, grow market share, and coordinate with local sales and applications teams.

You will support SUT projects, contribute to innovation, and manage a pipeline of key molecules, while leveraging pharma/biotech knowledge and strong communication to advance solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in engineering or science with biopharma focus.
• 3+ years of experience in process development or process/manufacturing support.
• Relevant technical knowledge and extensive industry knowledge in pharma/biotech.
• Self-driven with ability to manage complex issues using innovation and processes.
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve account targets, coordinating with local sales and key account teams.
• Grow SUT sales by identifying new opportunities at customer sites.
• Support and coach local sales teams and applications professionals in SUT.
• Contribute to major SUT projects, coordinating with Integrated Solutions department.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives.
• Identify and implement action plans to track key account molecules pipeline.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Develop and achieve account targets (i.e market share) and Ensure regular updates in close cooperation with local sales and key account teams
• Actively contribute to sales growth in Single Use Technology (SUT) by identifying new opportunities at customer site
• Support, coaching and coordinate local sales teams and applications professionals involved in SUT
• Contribute to all major SUT projects, including interaction with Integrated Solutions department
• Actively contribute to innovation
• Identify and implement appropriate action plans to track key account molecules pipeline

What will convince us:

• Master's degree required (engineer or scientist in the biopharma industry)
• 3+ years of successful experience in process development or process/manufacturing support
• Relevant technical knowledge and extensive industry knowledge (pharma/biotech)

Base salary range: $110,000–$135,000 (depending on experience, skill set, education, and location), plus a sales incentive plan, and car allowance.
