Job summary

Zipliens, a leading lien resolution company, seeks a proactive individual to support the Sr. Director of Single Event. You will review workflows in the portal, document changes, and coordinate with Product and Development to implement improvements.

You will also maintain data quality, define KPIs, and build reports/dashboards with Data Engineering. This role collaborates with Operations and Customer Success to measure impact and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations, data, reporting, or process improvement role.
• Knowledge of lien resolution, personal injury, healthcare claims, or medical billing workflows.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning and combining data).
• Experience documenting workflows and explaining operational needs to technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail with messy, incomplete, or inconsistent data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining data and process issues to non-technical and technical audiences.
• Organized and self-directed.
• Comfortable on a new team where processes are still being defined.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information, including PHI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review current workflows in the portal and document updated workflows for Product and Development.
• Build lienholder-specific workflows with the Agency Management team and support testing.
• Clean up and maintain customer, client, and metric data, identifying gaps and errors.
• Define and track core KPIs and create reports/dashboards with Development and Data Engineering.
• Pull and refine recurring reports to support Agency Manager, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Monitor workflow changes for impact on KPIs over time.
