Job summary

Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company that supports personal injury law firms by streamlining the lien process. In this role, you’ll assist the Sr. Director of Single Event, review workflows in our portal, document changes, and communicate needs to Product and Development teams.

You’ll focus on data quality, reporting, and KPI tracking, helping build reports and dashboards for lienholder and agency reporting, and ensuring data is clean and actionable for operations and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an operations, data, reporting, or process improvement role.
• Experience with lien resolution or related workflows is a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
• Experience documenting workflows or processes and explaining operational needs to technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review current workflows in the portal and document updated workflows for Product/Development.
• Build lienholder-specific workflows with Agency Management.
• Support workflow updates as new tools from R&D are introduced.
• Share workflow needs with Development and assist testing with feedback.
