Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company that supports personal injury law firms by managing the lien process from intake to resolution. As a Lien Resolution Coordinator, you’ll work with Strategists, handle lien requests across agency portals, review documents, and help refine our workflows.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals who enjoy improving processes and working in a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in lien resolution or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Customer-first mindset with professional communication by phone, email, and calls.
• Clear, professional written communication, including drafting correspondence.
• Organized and able to manage multiple files and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Bias toward continuous improvement; comfortable in a small, collaborative team.
• Familiarity with case management software, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other agency and payer portals is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• File Support: Request liens and follow-ups with agencies, lienholders, and payers, including portal work.
• Prepare and track document requests, including records, itemized bills, and payment ledgers.
• Verify provider, payer, and agency contact details and keep them current in the portal.
• Review claims, billing, medical records, and legal documents to flag missing or inconsistent information.
