As a Lien Resolution Coordinator, you’ll support Strategists, draft correspondence and dispute documents, track deadlines, and help build workflows to improve efficiency in a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in lien resolution or related field.
• High attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Customer-focused with confidence communicating by phone, email and calls.
• Clear, professional written communication.
• Organized and able to manage multiple files and priorities.

Aufgaben

• File Support: Request liens and follow-ups with agencies, lienholders and payers.
• Prepare and track document requests including records, itemized bills and ledgers.
• Verify provider, payer and agency contacts and keep them current.
• Review claims, billing, medical records and legal docs to flag missing or inconsistent info.
