Job summary

BD is seeking a Sr. Single Cell Multiomics Sales Specialist to cover the US South Central territory, with preference for Texas or St. Louis. You will position BD Rhapsody instruments and consumables, manage the sales process, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in genomic solutions sales, knowledge of single cell sequencing and related techniques, and travel about 40% domestic. Proficiency with Salesforce and the Microsoft suite is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling or supporting genomic solutions and sequencing technologies.
• Experience with single cell, transcriptomics, or proteogenomics is highly desired.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to position BD Rhapsody instrument and consumables within the territory.
• Drive territory growth through sales activities, bids, exhibitions, and on-site demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular territory forecasting.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions for customers.
