Job summary

Waters seeks a Sr. Single Cell Multiomics Sales Specialist to drive adoption of the BD Rhapsody portfolio in the US South Central region. The role focuses on positioning BD solutions as part of Waters’ integrated life-sciences offerings, working with customers on instrument and consumables, and advancing genomic applications.

You will leverage a strong sales process, engage cross-functional teams, and manage relationships with distributors and key customers to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science required; MS/PhD advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years selling or supporting genomic solutions (single cell, NGS, PCR, qPCR, digital PCR).
• Experience selling single cell sequencing or transcriptomics is highly desired.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; proficient in CRM tools especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Position BD Rhapsody instrument and consumables to customers within the territory.
• Meet growth targets through sales activities, bids, demonstrations and on-site meetings.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular territory forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution sales.
• Build relationships with distributor reps and maintain CRM data accuracy.
