Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect based in Singapore to guide government and regulated enterprise customers across APJ. You will drive adoption of the GitLab DevSecOps platform, shape long‑term platform strategy, and manage executive relationships post‑sale.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to align technical outcomes with business goals, handle escalations, and influence renewals while operating within an async remote framework across time

Qualifications

• Must be a Singapore Citizen based in Singapore.
• Hands‑on experience building or owning CI/CD pipelines end to end.
• Experience with enterprise/Government accounts across industries.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise/Government customers.
• Provide senior level strategic and technical guidance.
• Translate business outcomes into success plans and adoption milestones.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting on outcomes and value.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination for renewals and expansions.
