Qualifications

• Minimum technical diploma or associate degree required.
• Affinity for a technical role (IT, A/V, electronics) and good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of common audio-visual and IT hardware and software.
• Provide general technical support and troubleshooting for AV and IT systems.
• Set up, operate, and store audiovisual and IT equipment.
• Maintain simulation equipment and documentation.
• Prepare the simulation environment to reflect clinical settings.
• Support learners and faculty in the use of instructional media and equipment.
