Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in nursing and current RN license; CHSE certification within 6 months preferred.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience and simulation education in higher education.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage data and multiple software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Simulation Labs and serve as the point of contact for simulation resources.
• Provide reports and recommendations to course faculty, program directors, department chairs and deans.
• Orient learners to the simulation environment and assist faculty with pre-briefings and debriefings.
• Provide faculty development and continuing education related to simulation-based activities.
• Collaborate with faculty to update simulation experiences and curriculum; maintain accreditation and SSH standards.
• Organize simulation experiences (pre-briefing, scenario, debriefing) and manage lab time efficiently.
• Maintain documentation and records in Sim Chart, Blackboard and other electronic platforms; track program progress.
