Job summary

Plymouth State University seeks a hands-on Simulation Lab Coordinator to maintain a high-energy nursing simulation & skills lab in our renovated space. You will join the Nursing Team, serve on Simulation Lab and Nursing Program Committees, and collaborate with other programs for inter-professional lab experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, lab setup, inventory, updating the EHR in the lab, guiding faculty orientation, and developing dedicated lab time for student learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two years of combined teaching skills or experience.
• Master's degree beneficial but not required.
• Current NH RN license or eligibility required.
• Experience with clinical undergraduate nursing education preferred.
• Strong computer skills, data management, and familiarity with multiple software packages.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling students in the skills and simulation lab; ensure all required lab documentation is complete.
• Lab set up and breakdown; update inventory/supplies; manage ordering.
• Oversee student workers in the sim lab and coordinate with faculty for learning strategies.
