Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Program Manager for the Simulation Innovation Learning Center to oversee operations, budgets, and staff across the GBMC Healthcare System. The role focuses on coordinating simulation-based education and ensuring high-quality patient care through innovative learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in simulation pedagogy, program planning, and evaluation, with strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Knowledge of simulation and adult educational theories to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality simulation programs.
Analytic skills to develop and evaluate simulation programs and assess learning needs of staff.
Proven leadership skills and ability to present professional knowledge with competence.

Responsibilities

Manage budget and make recommendations for capital and operating purchases to enhance simulation teaching.
Select departmental staff and manage performance and development of assigned staff.
Collaborate at all levels of the organization to meet needs for improved quality of patient care.
Develop and evaluate simulation programs to meet learning needs of staff through formal and informal platforms.
Develop and deliver simulation education to key stakeholders and broaden knowledge base.
