Qualifications

• Storyboarding and developing training courses.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Experience delivering technical training in manufacturing.
• Experience with automation and machining.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Drives development and execution of training plans with leadership.
• Analyzes training needs to create or improve programs.
• Develops training via simulations, videos, and PPT with hands-on methods.
• Trains new employees and mentors current staff.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and suggests changes.
• Reviews courses to measure impact and manages scheduling and LMS records.
