Job summary

Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Co. Ltd. in Fountain Inn, SC, seeks a Training and Development professional to design and deliver simulated training programs that strengthen our team’s skills.

You will create in-person and virtual courses, using simulations, videos and hands-on methods to advance core competencies and performance.

This role partners with leadership to implement plans, manage the LMS, and ensure programs stay effective and aligned with manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in storyboarding and developing training courses.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with automation, manual assembly and/or machining.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Drives implementation of training plans in partnership with leadership.
• Analyzes training needs to develop or modify programs.
• Develops training via simulations, videos, PPT with hands-on methods.
• Trains new employees and helps current staff become experts at their jobs.
• Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications.
• Reviews training courses to measure effectiveness.
• Identifies trainers and mentors via train-the-trainer practices.
• Manages training schedules, LMS, supplies and services.
