Job summary

Seton Hall University’s Simulation Center seeks an Operations Specialist to manage and support hands-on simulation experiences. You will program and run simulator software, prepare spaces and equipment, and ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance while collaborating with faculty and staff.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours for events and research activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health-related field or education with health-related experience.
• At least 5 years in health-related settings.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program simulation equipment and software; test and run scenarios.
• Prepare spaces and equipment for realistic simulations; manage inventory and laundry as needed.
• Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software; train staff on equipment use.
