The role provides technical and operational support for the School of Health Sciences simulation suites, ensuring equipment and software are functional and ready for student learning. You will help set up, manage, and organize supplies and technology, supporting faculty and students, while maintaining HIPAA, FERPA, and ADA compliance and fostering a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a healthcare or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare simulation‑based technology or allied health field.
• Proficiency with MS 365, AV systems, and networked computer equipment.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA, FERPA, and ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for simulation suites and labs.
• Ensure simulation equipment, mannequins, and computer hardware/software are functional.
• Assist with set‑up, management, and organization of supplies, technology, and support for teaching and learning.
• Support faculty and students in simulation activities and lab operations.
