Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Healthcare Simulation, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Three years of experience in a related field.
• A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technical and operational execution of simulation-based education by overseeing setup, operation, troubleshooting, facilitation, and breakdown of all simulation activities.
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots high fidelity simulators, audiovisual systems, simulation software platforms, and instructional technologies.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff, IT services, and external vendors to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Supports simulation operations including scheduling coordination, inventory management, equipment preparation, and room turnover.
• Maintains and tests simulation hardware/software, including imaging, updates, and new technology integration.
