Midland College is seeking a Manager for the F. Marie Hall SimLife Center in Midland, TX. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and coordinate simulation-based learning for healthcare programs, faculty, and partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current, unencumbered Texas RN license or eligibility before employment.
• Minimum of three years of diverse clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency with computers and common educational, business, and healthcare software applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the SimLife Center and ensure efficient scheduling.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and user protocols for the center.
• Coordinate use of simulation facilities, equipment, and resources for programs and partners.
• Manage inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Lead vendor communications, product evaluation, and equipment purchases.
• Support external partners and act as liaison for simulation activities.
• Develop strategic goals and drive improvements in simulation services and outcomes.
