HCA Healthcare, Inc. in North Texas is seeking a Division Manager, Simulation and Technology to lead education programs and simulation centers, shaping a shared programmatic vision across simulations from standardized patients to high-fidelity simulators.

You will collaborate with the Director of Simulation and Technology to explore innovations in education, healthcare, and technology, while guiding quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives across the division.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Education required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an acute care facility preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in education with simulation experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivates a superior clinical identity by identifying and implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness and cost.
• Stays abreast of benchmarks, accreditations and designations and pursues efforts to achieve them.
• Ensures compliance with legal/regulatory standards and develops policies and practices accordingly.
• Supports leadership in attaining an unparalleled patient experience and positive patient interactions.
• Develops and implements strategies to elevate patient experience and customer satisfaction.
• Builds a culture that supports vision, mission, and values; develops strategies to elevate employee engagement.
• Identifies development opportunities and provides coaching and training to improve performance.
• Builds a competitively superior organization through attracting and retaining talent.
