Job summary

CommonSpirit - Bakersfield Memorial Hospital is seeking a Simulation Center Program Manager to lead simulation-based learning within the Graduate Medical Education department. You will organize, schedule, and maintain the simulation center and equipment, while providing technical and audiovisual support for simulation operations and software.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare simulation.
• Additional experience in audiovisual technology, information technology, adult education, healthcare, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, moulage, and program healthcare simulations as requested.
• Provide essential technical and audiovisual support for simulation operations and related software.
• Communicate with medical students, residents, fellows, faculty, staff, and community members.
