Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• Six years or more in Transportation industry
• Six years or more in Warehousing/Manufacturing
• Expert in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Tableau and database programming is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across multiple disciplines to create optimized logistics networks
• Review RFPs, develop questions, and formulate hypotheses for solutions
• Develop cost and pricing models in collaboration with Pricing
• Mentor a small team of SD engineers and guide pursuit teams
• Communicate complex designs clearly to internal and client stakeholders
• Support startup transitions from design to operations
