Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, SCM or Industrial Engineering.
• Six+ years in Transportation and Warehousing/Manufacturing industries.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and design tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, understand objectives, and define solution design hypotheses.
• Validate data, model scenarios, and develop cost and pricing assumptions.
• Develop optimization scenarios aligned with win strategy.
• Lead projects and present designs to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth startup transition with Operations and IT.
