Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co is seeking enthusiastic server assistants to ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve in a professional manner within The Lobby Bar, Pool, and other outlets under Autograph Collection standards.

Responsibilities include running food, assisting servers, upselling, and maintaining cleanliness. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverages, wine and liquors expected.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide gracious, professional service.
• Serve guests and run food as needed to support servers.
• Assist servers and managers with smooth station operation.
• Upsell menu items and knowledge of specials; follow step‑of‑service standards.
