Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Silicon Validation Product Engineer to shape AI/ML hardware acceleration efforts, focusing on TPU architecture, verification, and integration with AI/ML systems. You will lead validation, bring-up, and test optimization across power features, HBM memory, and compute functionality, partnering with silicon vendors and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with silicon or semiconductors (e.g., digital design, silicon validation, computer architecture, product engineering).
• Experience scripting in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python).

Responsibilities

• Own sustaining phases of the silicon development lifecycle, monitoring, debugging, and deploying corrective actions for quality issues.
• Optimize test performance across manufacturing and deployment; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and reduce test time.
• Drive triage, debugging, and corrective actions across deployment stages; support rapid resolution in early NPI to reduce failures and escapes.
