Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale is seeking a hardware verification engineer to shape the future of AI/ML accelerator hardware. You will drive TPU technology and contribute to custom silicon solutions powering Google’s AI applications.

You will verify complex digital designs and integrate TPU architecture within AI/ML systems, working across silicon validation, HBM technologists, and pre-silicon teams to ensure readiness for production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical/CS fields.
• 2 years bringing up ASICs with validation and debugging experience.
• Experience scripting in Python or a similar language.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed silicon test plans with cross-functional teams for Google's TPUs.
• Implement tests and flows to test hardware, collect data, and characterize HBMs in chips and production silicon.
• Triage and debug issues in new product development and propose solutions.
