Job summary

Google LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Staff CAD Engineer, Silicon Design for Google Cloud. You will shape AI/ML hardware acceleration with TPUs, drive silicon design and verification, and collaborate across teams to advance Google's TPU capabilities.

You will lead with expertise in architecture, logic design, verification, and tooling, delivering scalable design environments and cutting-edge silicon solutions for Google Cloud customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 10 years of experience in technical leadership focusing on silicon design is required.
• Experience in two or more silicon disciplines (architecture modeling, logic design, verification, DFT, etc.) is required.
• Experience in developing and deploying tools and flows that streamline silicon life-cycle and productivity.
• Experience with Python or C/C++ for tool development.
