Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end silicon program execution, from architecture through tapeout to production ramp. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across front-end, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, and packaging, and manage external partners to deliver on ambitious hardware milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in silicon program management, strong communication, and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in silicon/SoC program management or equivalent.
• Direct ownership of at least one taped-out program with production milestones.
• Technical fluency across silicon lifecycle: front-end, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, packaging.
• Experience running external silicon partners including SOW scoping and delivery tracking.
• Track record of building program mechanisms in ambiguous, fast-moving projects.
• Strong written communication for plans, reviews, and exec updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated silicon program plan across architecture closure to post-silicon bring-up.
• Drive external partner execution across ASIC design partners, IP vendors, foundry, and packaging/test.
• Lead technology and IP selection; drive evaluations and decision making with leadership.
• Create lightweight execution mechanisms for the silicon team to use.
• Manage interface between silicon and consumers: hardware systems and software teams for coordinated decisions.
• Own post-silicon program including bring-up, test handoff, and production ramp.
• Develop AI-assisted program management approaches for scheduling and tracking.
