Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end program execution for a multi-die ML accelerator chip.

You will connect RTL, DV, physical design, packaging, and infrastructure workstreams into a single coherent schedule, identifying the real critical path and driving cross-functional decisions. You will own the integrated schedule, assess dependencies, and update timelines weekly with data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
• Chip development lifecycle knowledge: RTL milestones, physical design convergence, DFT, timing closure.
• Experience managing programs with external design partners and IP vendors.
• Ability to build and maintain integrated schedules with dependency modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution from RTL freeze through tape-out.
• Synthesize inputs to provide a single cross-functional schedule for leadership.
• Monitor verification convergence and drive engineering response.
• Manage external design partner interfaces and IP deliveries.
