Job summary

Google Sunnyvale, CA, USA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Silicon Engineering to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception to delivery. You will collaborate with Design, Verification, Product Engineering, and Operations, driving schedules and trade-offs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
8 years of experience in program management.
8 years in semiconductor industry in technical program management, product engineering, or silicon product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish.
Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
Coordinate with external vendors across wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing.
Define statements of work (SOWs), negotiate contracts, and manage vendor deliverables.
