Job summary

Wipro is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the bring‑up of silicon and package qualification programs and perform failure analysis on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). You will work with internal teams to ensure content coverage, and strengthen test vectors and robustness before qualification.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of structural testing.
• Experience with product verification and failure analysis on Verigy 93K tester.
• Proficient in statistical modelling of data using JMP software or other tools for data analysis.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills and track record as a strong collaborator.
• Dedicated and able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Bring-up of silicon and package qualification programs and Failure Analysis on ATE with internal teams (Test, DFx, Reliability, Test HW).
• Gather test program requirements and work with Test Teams to enable content (structural coverage, Vmin/Vmax/Fmax routines).
• Collaborate with Reliability, Test and HW teams to ensure test program robustness before qualification.
• Analyze and perform Failure Analysis on qualification failures on ATE with clear summaries and disposition.
• Work with Test and Failure Analysis teams to ensure test vector robustness by performing emissions.
• Coordinate with Qualification Lead to meet timelines, highlight risks, and align priorities.
