Job summary

Analog Devices, Milpitas, CA, is seeking an experienced ATE test engineer to design and support test solutions for complex ICs using the Advantest V93K platform. You will troubleshoot software/hardware, improve test methodologies, and collaborate across design, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve yield issues.

The role requires a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in semiconductor test, including at least 3 years on V93K.

Qualifications

• BS / MS in the field of Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience with test development for semiconductors; minimum 3 years using Advantest V93k.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and best practices for IC bring-up, test, and characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, release to production and support ATE test solutions for complex ICs.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware using root cause analysis and provide test-related solutions.
• Collaborate with design, product engineering, and manufacturing to understand yield issues and test-related production operation issues.
