Job summary

Jobtailor in Austin, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead signage projects from initiation to completion. You will build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel, develop staffing plans, and coordinate between local facilities and the regional team to ensure timely delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Job description

Continually build, develop and grow vendor, subcontractor and field personnel relationships throughout entire process to assure success of the project.
Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors, and project engineers.
Act as liaison between local facility staff and regional team members.
Monitor, control and report on financial performance of projects
Estimate, negotiate and procure vendors and materials for projects is required
Communicate project goals with field personnel in the electrical and lighting trade.
Communicate complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or any other stakeholders.
Oversee participation in all aspects of job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards
Manage numerous work orders and service calls on a national level.
Manage, motivate and continuously improve team members.
Assemble AIA invoices

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 3-5 years’ experience in the Sign industry
Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
Must have Valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multitask while staying organized
Positive customer service skills.
