AlphaGraphics Knox Street is seeking a Signs & Graphics Project Manager to lead projects from signed contract to invoicing. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, coordinating manufacturing and installation, and maintaining client communication.

This role requires managing bids, timelines, subcontractors, and cross‑department collaboration to ensure on‑time delivery and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in sign industry, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years Sign Industry Experience Required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal abilities.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and locations.
• Experience sourcing, selecting and managing subcontractors and timelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Google Sheets; ability to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily customer communication and manage expectations.
• Involvement in pre-bid process for prospective clients.
• Conduct surveys when required and prepare proposals.
• Perform sign code analysis and coordinate manufacturing & installation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for permits and estimates.
• Manage project plans, bids, timelines, budgets and invoicing.
• Support design and estimating, quality and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
