Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute documents requiring attorney signatures for post-judgment inventory.
• Communicate with Post Judgment Attorney Manager and clients to discuss case details.
• Assist in responding to post-judgment components of client audits.
• Monitor relevant laws, regulations, statutes, and case law.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
• Analyze probable outcomes of cases using legal precedents.
• Prepare and file legal documents.
• Oversee support staff and manage workflow as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from collection and legal staff on post-judgment accounts.
