You will manage contested matters, review title issues, draft motions, and communicate with clients, insurers, and vendors. The role offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and Texas license in good standing.
• Two years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in default servicing/foreclosure.
• Knowledge of Texas laws, Texas Title Standards, and mortgage foreclosure procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of mortgage foreclosure matters for lenders and investors.
• Appear in court to argue motions for foreclosure and title disputes.
• Communicate with clients for updates and resolutions.
• Analyze loan files and title reports; draft motions and responses.
• Review title examinations and recommend title issue resolutions.
• Update case management systems and maintain accurate records.
