Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking a Signature Service Representative to support homeowners from sale through project completion. You will schedule appointments, manage paperwork, and communicate progress with customers to ensure a world-class remodeling experience.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service and administrative roles, strong organization, and a willingness to undergo a background check. E-Verify participation is part of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-2 yrs of Computer/Administrative Experience.
• 1-2 yrs of Customer Service Experience.
• Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and deadlines.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• This Company Participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support to homeowners from the point of sale through project completion.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, provide information, and facilitate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of documents and communication regarding remodeling projects.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Coordinate with the sales department and field operations to maintain consistent communication with customers.

Hourly Rate: $18hr - $20hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

The Signature Service Representative is an integral part of our operations team and company mission to provide homeowners with a world-class experience. Once a job is sold, each customer is paired with their assigned representative. Throughout the duration of the remodeling project, the SSR not only processes all paperwork pertaining to their contract and permit, but also schedules appointments, tracks progress, and maintains constant communication with our homeowners.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2yrs of Computer/Administrative Experience
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience
• Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is Preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines
• Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
