Zusammenfassung

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking a driven in-home sales consultant to visit customers in their homes, assess needs, and present window and door replacement options. You will work with pre-set leads and our proven sales process to close deals and deliver a superior customer experience.

We offer paid training for the first 7 weeks, industry-leading commissions, and a supportive, growth‑oriented culture that promotes from within.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Team player with a healthy competitive drive.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license; E-Verify participation.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.

You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.

You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.

Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience

Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus

Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds

A proven track record of closing sales

Self-motivation and results orientation

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
