Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is hiring in-home sales consultants to consult homeowners, present a full line of window and door options, and close replacement projects with a trusted, concierge-level service approach.

You’ll work full-time, visiting homes, using our sales system, and leveraging provided leads and training to exceed customer expectations and earn strong commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience
• Prior Experience in Home Improvement or Construction is a Plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Company participates in E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in homes to consult and identify the best fit product (windows, patio doors, entry doors).
• Use sales methodology to build rapport and close replacements.
• Provide industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from start to project end.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, and solution-focused selling.

Responsibilities:

• You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
• You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.
• You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
• You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.
• Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
• Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
• A proven track record of closing sales
• Self-motivation and results orientation
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
