Job summary

The Kohler Signature Store by First Supply is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing showroom team. You will drive sales, service and brand experiences while guiding daily operations and financial performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build a culture of exceptional customer care, oversee development plans, and coordinate with leadership to execute budgets and business goals. Flexibility and a proactive, ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3–5 years of leadership in a customer-facing sales management setting.
• Cross-industry experience welcome; retail background is not required.
• Flexible with schedule based on business needs.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
• Must pass a drug test and be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, service and marketing goals per the Business Development Plan.
• Maintain knowledge of showroom P&L and budgeting practices.
• Develop monthly/annual sales budgets.
• Drive new customer acquisition through proactive development strategies.
• Ensure best-in-class customer service and branded experiences.
• Maintain CRM data integrity in Constant Contact.
• Lead team atmosphere and support colleagues’ customers.
• Oversee sales reporting and periodic performance reviews.
• Drive team development through coaching and training.
