Job summary

The Kohler Store by First Supply is seeking a creative, energetic and ambitious sales, design professional to develop and build relationships with new and existing customers and deliver a design experience worthy of the KOHLER brand.

Your thorough, detailed eye will drive contractor and retail showroom sales experiences, ensuring outstanding service and a professional shopping environment for every customer.

Qualifications

• Sales/service experience preferred.
• Undergraduate/trade school/design education preferred or demonstrated hands-on learning.
• Proficiency with kitchen design tools such as 20-20, Pro Kitchen or Chief Architect is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including retail hours and some evening events.
• Strong client interaction and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn the company system and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Follow up on quotes and sales Leads.
• Develop repeat business and new relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service in-store.
• Maintain organized, aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Process quotes and paperwork; coordinate with vendors and shippers.
• Continue to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
