Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs (23 kg).
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Willing to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food handling and alcohol service laws; fluent in local language.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Make each meal a feast for the eyes and taste buds with signature flair.
• Own your kitchen by managing supplies and equipment; minimise waste.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet local hygiene laws; keep workspace spotless.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Assist guests with queries or advice to enhance their experience.
• Wear the uniform with pride and contribute to team effort.
