Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 50lbs (23 kg).
• Good reading, writing and basic maths skills.
• Flexible with night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food handling laws and alcohol service requirements.
• Able to communicate warmly and clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes with attention to presentation and flavour.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to meet standards.
• Monitor supplies and assist with stock control and waste reduction.
• Report unsafe equipment or shortages to supervisor.
• Assist with general kitchen duties and guest queries when needed.
• Wear the uniform with pride and follow safety procedures.
