Legends Global seeks an experienced Concessions Bartender to deliver exceptional guest interactions while mixing and serving beverages in a fast-paced venue setting. You will greet guests, take orders, craft drinks, and partner with the culinary team to create appealing mixers and garnishes.

The role emphasizes timely service, strong knowledge of wines and cocktails, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knows how to handle long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• At least two years of bartender experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wines.
• Ability to create and execute unique drinks and cocktails.
• Able to prepare and serve drinks promptly and accurately.
• Keeps a clean and organized bar area; maintains hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, herbs and spices to craft drinks.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Mix drinks in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain attractive and functional bar setup and inventory.
• Provide wine recommendations and proper service.
• Collaborate with culinary team for mixers and garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol purchase.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, and manage assigned bank.
• Ensure bar is stocked and ready for service; restock as needed.
• Serve food items at the bar and promote beverages and menus.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and food/beverage offerings.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized; adhere to health and safety standards.
